What a beautiful painting. But this is an animation contest though.

I love the look of this. The lighting is beautiful. Would have scored it even higher if there was a bit of movement after frame 150 - a slow head turn toward the camera would have been enough. Even the static character if the head had been a 3/4 view would have worked better. Well done - for me, a contender for sure
