The animation on the main character isn't too bad, but lacks inbetweens and maybe she can look at the door when saying her first lines (instead of the floor). There is a general lack of interaction between the two characters, more from the girl with the phone. She could maybe nod or shake her head when she is asked the "Don't believe me" line, instead of just standing there.
Since the background/setting plays a big part in the dialogue, I feel you could've made a more interesting setting (like a haunted house or something), right now it looks a bit neutral and bland.

If possible, could you try to shake the girl's hands on her phone too look like she's typing?

Really like that you utilised the thud sound in the audio! Just would be a bit more attentive with the bag drop, it just feels off somehow, not sure if you used a reference or not but would recommend that. Otherwise really smooth clean animation!
