i think if this was motion capture, this can't be right on a competition..

The models and environment you've chosen are very nice, but the character movements are slightly robotic and delayed, and the lack of lip syncing to any extent is somewhat jarring. This seems like it was the blockout portion, just keying the acting, but didn't continue from there.
