I think the animation needs some overall polish - more inbetweens and easing in and out of the poses so it looks less stuttery (if thats even a word).

I do find it cute how the bird turns to the old man in the end!

Ha! Fun idea! Wow! she really dug her hand into his mustache! Should have some slight movement to the one tied up in the chair just to keep him alive a little. I'm not too keen on the sidestep of the female to the caldron.
