John:

Animation looks good, but I think the acting choices could be simplified: I think you could get away with only having gestures on a few of the accents, for instance: "when I gave up TEACHING", "to be an amazing SPY", "same boring person I was BEFORE" (accents are capitalized) and keep the body still for everything other than three or so accents. Currently it feels overacted, but simplicity will make it shine :) Good job, keep up the good work!

I counted 4 hand major waves for her right hand, 5 for her left. It gets a little repetitive after a while, but the animation is nice enough

I'd like to see the other character. Love the hair animation. The lip sync is good, could use a little touch up here and there. She shakes her head a little too much. Finger animation is great.
