Some good animation in there but her crying and then otherwise calm expression seems inconsistent together. More facial expression in general would great.

Mood was great, all was good but i think you needed a bigger ending with reaction.

Lea:

Lovely little scene, but I'd maybe consider having the girl character keep her eyes open. It looks too serene, her face too relaxed, almost like she goes to sleep when she puts her head on her knees. You also seem to be missing her last lipsync beat on "vacation".

could have been more expressive i feel.. and little bit feeling like the animation goes pose to pose.. still the concept and overall looks are great!
