The animation is good and quite creative (except the swaying head in the beginning and some weird body timing ). the facial expression is on point and actually convey your vision ( the eye widen at the end etc )

The body acting is overwhelming the facial animation. Try to scale back and stick to fewer but stronger poses. I like his whatever pose though.
