Go study up the 12 Principles of Animation on Youtube, should help you a lot.

Focus on timing first and foremost, and learning how to work with your program's timeline so all the motions can be in the right places. Then do poses all at once in the blocking stage so they can be strong... a lot of learning needs to be done here but good hustle!
