Funny surprise. The raised arm seems to have some floating, but if it's resting I think it might improve to leave it still. Don't be afraid to push the poses, contrary to the resting arm, the voice is fairly active so maybe that could translate more to the facial expressions, it's a little stiff.

I don't think the dark shades added to the story. They did however block a lot of the acting and gesturing that you could have added/refined with the eyes and brow.

action seems slow and floaty, seems like you should try to make more decisive acting decisions

I think I could have improved on it a little more. But in the end, I'm happy with my result.
