Fernando Incetta:
The timing needs work, it looks floaty and random. The woman's walk and run cycles are pretty off too.
Jarl:
The third character seems unnecessary. Leaving out the third character would allow you to focus more on the main character performances
Tom:
Adding facial expressions would improve it greatly.
Joel Murphy:
really funny idea. love the passer-by who over hears at the wrong time. Not sure why the two in the foreground are having the conversation in the first place. Could have used a little development in that regard. Also, consider "Staging." This could have been a lot easier if you chose a tighter cam. angle. You wouldn't have had to animate an entire walk cycle for the passer by. Just upper bodies.
Some of the poses feel un natural and aren't reading well in silhouette. watch their hands. It would be uncomfortable to twist your hand the way they do. Reposing them so that the negative space shows could really help!
Imon Branch:
the body movement needs to improve
