I think you can work more on the dynamic aspect of your animation, because the character are just static and don't move.

It would be nice if you could make the character who is not talking move abit aswell.

I like how you showed the little kid imagining himself as a spy. I just feel like the animation is way too static, there's almost no movement except for the mouths, I think that if you added a little more, it would give it a lot more life
