I like your subtle motions with her left hand at the beginning and end! Something to take it to the next level would be to add some bigger, more dynamic movements for contrast. I would also exaggerate your key poses a little more, right now they’re all very internal with her arms close to her body, maybe mix it up a bit. The lip sync also doesn’t always match perfectly, and can be a little small at times, see if you can exaggerate it a bit more.

The character feels a little stiff and they move from pose to pose, just adding those breakdowns would help boost the overall feel of the scene
