The emphasizing gestures on "you're a smart guy" and "you should never" come too late. Consider moving those poses sooner.

good animation, i love the eyes and fingers. but has some points. 1 -three times he indicate something, this is boring. 2- his head shakes from left to the right several times

Nice character animation, but the background is so out of focus it can get rather distracting.
