Smooth animation, but the timing for key poses feels late. Also there doesn't seem to be any lip shapes for the harder consonants.

This was just damn good. The only thing that throws it off is the expressions and gesture in the second half.

I think you need to offset some of his motion. In that all of his body parts arrive at the poses almost uniformly. It looks weird. If you offset the arrival a bit I think it would look better. Otherwise it looks pretty good.
